We have an urgent need to fill the following positions:

Business Process Lead

Job Description:

This individual will be a key member of a team with primary responsibility for supporting application development services.

Responsibilities and Expectations:

Working interactively with Business Process Owners to gather and prioritize business requirements and define business processes that support the requirements.
The creation of logical plans to help others understand the environment, big picture, potential problems, and increase awareness/understanding of the solution or problem at hand and recommends solutions.
Develops and maintains business process documentation.
Ability to use knowledge and experience to educate business process owners about system and database functionality and best practices.
Create functional specifications for non-standard requirements and works closely with business process owners to test, refine and validate custom programs.

General Requirments:

Strong written and oral communication skill.
Ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

This is a 6 to 18 month contract position located in Los Angeles, Ca.
